Women and young teenage girls are vulnerable to men who lure them into sleeping with them in exchange for favors, taking care of their daily needs!. Poverty leads them to sleep with people they never loved but for survival, many of them have even gone a mile further engaging in prostitution, where they have got unwanted babies, HIV/AIDs in other cases because they have no skill to earn a living from, that’s the only option they have available!. The men will after leave them for other girls and women. These young women wouldn’t have wished their story to be this dark, but survival, everyone wants to survive.

 

We are training young ladies who were prostitutes, widows and young teenage mothers skills in tailoring , so they can well take care of themselves. We then after they graduate provide a new sowing machine , to each as a start up. That’s the beginning of a shift in these young  womens’ lives, they can survive on their own so no man would prey on them. They are in charge of their destiny because they are Independent women. To empower a  woman, you are then developing communities  , women drive development, No Society can develop without skilled men and women that both work together for prosperity of their societies.

More so , and most importantly they do accepted the lord , they are part of the body of Christ, their sins forgiven. We don’t look at their past, we see a beautiful future , powerful women running society, they are  now productive. How the Lord loves us all , he loves them!
