Malaria kills more children under 5 in sub sahara africa than all disease combined, and causes the most miscarriages. Mosquito nets are the best way to prevent were by a child or pregnant woman sleeps on a bed in most cases which is not the case , but whatever they have, enter a house like net tired on the sides, lower side under bed. The mosquitoes die which get in contact with the mosquito net.

We have been giving out treated mosquito nets to the most needy places in slums or remote villages. Over 100,000 quality mosquito nets given out so far , through our partner organization International children’s’ fund. I.C.F for some time now has not been supporting our net distribution so far they say because of the immerse commitments and shrinking budget they have for rest of the world. Though we have to continue with this life saving program.

One mosquito net costs $5 and so 100 will cost $500 and 100 children will be covered. There is more need of treated mosquito nets, more so for villages near the lake and places surrounded swamps and the other water bodies, these areas harbor stagnant water were mosquitoes lay eggs!.

Recent report by the ministry of health (Uganda) indicated that by joint efforts of government and N.G.Os like ours, malaria has declined, and so is the Infant mortality rate!. Your gift today will enable us double our efforts and malaria will be history , See how you can support.
